  • I am an ISSA Certified Personal Trainer. I believe that all women should be strength training and moving more. There are too many benefits to it, that there is no reason not to be doing it. My expertise includes, but is not limited to, exercise for weight loss, free weights, machines, barbell exercises, increasing strength & power, growing confidence in the gym, and building self-esteem.

    Whether you are pregnant, postpartum, breastfeeding, or a woman/mom not in any of those stages, I meet you where you are at, and tailor your program to you and your levels & capabilities.

    Private, semi-private, and group training sessions are held at the Armory Athletic Club in Kalispell, MT and can also be done virtually.
