I use Whey Protein Powder from Thorne, but for those looking for dairy-free, vegan, plant based protein options, Orgain is one of my favorites. Self Care
A body composition scale to measure your BMI as your progress through your weight journey. I’ve also added dry brushing to my selfcare regimen. This is the dry brush and Vitamin E oil I use to stimulate my lymphatic system and care for stretch marks and skin scars. Bamboo toothbrushes, my husband’s favorite massage gun, and a body tape measure tool.
Kitchen & Baking
My KitchenAid has recently gone kaput, so the Vospeed Stand Mixer is my new helper when it comes to kneading dough (with 850 watts of power! My KitchenAid only has 300 watts). It will also replace your blender, and comes with a meat grinder and pasta making attachments. Einkorn flour is on sale for a great deal! A few more gadgets I love: an uncrustable maker, a bread lame for scoring artisan bread, my wooden kitchen spoons, a kid’s knife set, pantry storage containers, and stacking counter shelves to help reduce counter space.
Motherhood, Babies, & Kids
These are my go-to nursing tanks during postpartum, no bra needed. The Lovevery Block Set is also on sale! I use this pop up tent for garden and beach trips, literally set it up and take it down in under a minute. Pikler Triangles are a hit for indoor play and I use these gummy molds when making homemade immunity gummies. The Gobe is my toddler’s favorite snack container, with rotating compartments that promote independence and decision making. He also loves his Kitchen Helper Stand which is on sale for an awesome deal right now. And while I have my bamboo toothbrushes, so does my toddler. Lastly, these are my exact toddler plates, stainless steel cutlery, and spill proof snack containers that we use all the time!
Personal Daily Favorites
These are a few Amazon finds that I love and use nearly everyday. The crisscross open back bras are cute and comfy, workout shorts that are modest and have pockets, great for running in, and my classy blue-light filter glasses. Probably my most favorite item are my True & Co bras - no wire, super soft, and feels like you’re not wearing a bra. Breastfeeding friendly and so many different options!
