She intentionally works with you to achieve your goals whether that be to loose weight, gain muscle, improve energy, or control hunger/binge eating etc. She listens to your concerns on a weekly basis and checks in with you regularly. If that isn't enough, when I started with Shaira I weighed 198 pounds and my goal was to loose weight and improve my eating habits. Needing help to take some of the mental load off, she created weekly meal plans designed to support me (and my family) in a nutritious prenatal based, high protein diet the very same day we talked.
