Where will training take place?

Personal training sessions will be at the Armory Athletic Club in Kalispell.

How kid-friendly is this?

My kids are ages 3 & 19 months. I have a portable fence to use if necessary for toddlers if we open the gym doors and I can also provide a pack & play if you have infants. Music can be as loud/quiet as you want. Training sessions are small, limited to 1-3 people so if it's just you or another mama with her kids, it shouldn't be too overwhelming. I've limited how many people can sign up so that it's not too much for anyone to train if they need to bring their kids There are only 14 in-person spots available.

Every other Saturday we will do a kid-friendly group hike or have a park playdate + Wellness workshop so our kids can play while you enjoy listening to a local wellness professional touch on the topics of prenatal/postpartum health, stress management, and meal prepping.


What am I investing in?

You can choose between doing the the 4 Week Program ($400) or 8 week program ($800). It's a very high touch, with private/semi-private personal training sessions twice a week, individualized meal plans for every mom, group coaching forum in my app, the biweekly wellness workshops, and frequent check ins to keep you motivated and on top of things.

This is a big discount to what I normally offer for coaching, and I'm only charging per training session and doing everything else for free per person. Normally training sessions are $60 each, but for 2 sessions/week at $25/session, plus all the nutrition, wellness, and lifestyle coaching and accountability, there is huge value.

Use the links below to reserve your spot. Once you’ve completed your purchase you will get a link to download my app, fill our your health intake form, and reserve your training hours on the calendar. If you can’t train in-person, virtual home workout options will be available.
