We will go over proper breathing and deep core exercises to help you learn to engage and strengthen your pelvic floor.
This is for you if you:
have bladder/incontinence issues (men too)
have had pregnancies or currently pregnant
recently postpartum
wanting to strengthen your core and prevent/support diastasis recti/abdominal situation
deal with leaking during workouts
have been or currently overweight and dealing with abdominal separation
The workshop will last 30 minutes, followed by a 15 minute squat demo for participants to take part in and put into practice what they learn (core engagement, pelvic tilt, maintaining posture, etc)
This is open to the public so invite your friends!
Drop in fee for non members is $10.
Current Armory/Holistify members may attend for free.
