    A faith-centered group for women who are intentionally making their faith, health, and wellness a lifestyle so they can thrive. Includes a unique system to hold you accountable to the goals you want to make for yourself.

  • Nutrition Coaching ($59/mo)

    Meal plans to meet your goals, lose weight, build muscle, balance hormones, and optimize health. Features: Printable PDFs, customized meal plans, photo food tracking, 1:1 virtual chat with coach via Everfit App, 1 monthly call with Coach

  • Health Coaching & Lifestyle Change

    Work 1:1 with me and get unlimited phone call & text support, bi-weekly 1 hour sessions to discuss your goals, challenges, and well-being with a 3-6 month custom program. Flexible rates that are affordable to you.

  • It’s rare for women to feel like they get the time they need to explore their perinatal or general wellness goals and concerns with a trained professional.

    Most approaches to women's health include a short visit with an OBGYN, occasional handouts, and little opportunity to discuss in-depth health and wellness goals. Many women express that the 1-2 followup visits with their provider after labor & delivery are not enough support to better their physical, mental, and emotional health during postpartum.

    This leaves many women scouring the internet and books for answers to their questions and wondering what are the best decisions they should be making for them and their families, all while trying to balance life & motherhood, implement self care, manage mental health, find more time and energy, and more!

    That is a lot to put on a mom’s plate. But you don’t have to do it all on your own anymore.

  • My role as a Health & Nutrition Coach is to create a supportive environment that enables you to articulate and achieve your goals and be confident with your wellness journey, so that you can take action and move forward to living the lifestyle you want.

    I fill in the gap between your primary care provider's instructions and you at home, empowering you to implement their recommendations, and apply them to your lifestyle. 

    When our program is finished, my goal is for you to be able to confidently implement life-lasting healthy habits and wellness changes that fit your family's lifestyle and enable you to thrive in motherhood, living in freedom from fatigue, burnout, and stress.

  • As a health coach, I provide:

    • a safe space for you to voice your questions and concerns

    • the information you need to explore your options and comfortably make decisions for you and your family's health

    • ongoing, long-term accountability

    • customized, unlimited support for your lifestyle and environment

    • strategies to implement sustainable wellness habits

    • nutrition guidance based on your unique needs and goals

    • the ability to overcome obstacles with lifestyle shifts & behavioral change

  • After booking your free, 1 hour call with me to discuss your goals and action plan, we would decide whether coaching is right for you. If you want to move forward, a payment plan is discussed and an agreement is signed.

    We will meet twice a month, for a total of twelve sessions. Each session is 1 hour long and is led by you to talk about what you want to work on, what struggles you are facing, and how you are doing. I will listen and throughout each session, provide suggestions and action steps for you to work on to move you towards your goals.

    During the duration of your program, you will have unlimited text or email support in between sessions, in which you can contact me as often as you need. I will also provide you with free resources and tools to enhance your health and wellness journey.

    My goal is that you feel comfortable and at home in each session, as you would meeting a friend, as I will be walking alongside you and helping you commit to the changes you want to make as you face the many waves and seasons life gives you.

In-person and remote options

While I currently live in the Flathead Valley of NW Montana, many of my coaching sessions are held over Zoom. I have worked with clients all over the US, from the comfort of our own homes.

If you are local to the Flathead, you have the option to do our sessions in-person or virtually, depending on your lifestyle and schedule.

This method allows me to accommodate your needs and schedule, and gives us both the flexibility to conduct sessions at a time and place that is convenient to us.
